Background

Andraphne is from a nearly lost race of giants.  These giants, though, are quite different from what one would expect.  Though they do carry the trait of being very large in size, they are also a nearly all male race and due to this problem, many males carry both male and female reproductive organs.

Andraphne is an orphan due to the near disappearance of his race and being very naive ended up taking a position in a circus troupe as "the giant".  Due to his late spring into puberty he is also currently going through a growth spurt, leaving his amazed audiences in awe.
Not only does his ever increasing height leave his audience full of curiosity, but his massive hip size has also left him with humiliation as he "has no feelings" due to being only a side show attraction to many.

He arrived at the circus with an injured eye, though no one has ever been able to figure out what could have happened to cause it.  He also arrived with very little native English tongue and speaks with an extremely heavy accent from his own native language.

Very little is actually known about his past, such as why he arrived at the circus and what happened to his parents and/or family.

Personality

Andraphne isn't quick to anger and is hardly ever seen without a look of playfulness or joy.  But on occasions, typically attempting to go through doors far too small for him, he will quietly lash out, though it's usually difficult to tell how he's feeling as his angry faces have little differences from sobbing or weeping.
Since he grew up surrounded by a race very similar in appearance to his he tends to become very flustered when others point out his features (ie, hips, ears, height) though he attempts to hide his flustered nature with a smile, although this may fail if he feels humiliated enough and begins to cry.
